Delete your SMSHub account

You can ask us to delete your SMSHub account and the data linked to it at any time. Use any one of these options:

1. In the SMSHub app

Open Account → Security → Delete my account, confirm with your password and send the request.

2. On the website

Sign in, open Dashboard → Support and create a ticket with the subject “Delete my account”.

3. By e-mail

Write to support@smshub.et from the e-mail address of your account, with the subject “Delete my SMSHub account”.

What we delete

• Your profile (name, e-mail, phone, company details) and sign-in sessions on every device
• Your message history, API keys, notifications and support tickets
• Your identity (KYC) documents
• Payment records and receipts are kept for as long as the law requires, and records of serious policy violations are kept to prevent fraud and abuse.

We confirm the deletion within 7 days. Remaining SMS credits are not refundable after the account is deleted. Questions? Message us on Telegram @hizkiel_23.
